When regearing a JK Dana 30 that currently has a ratio numerically lower than 3.73, a new front carrier is required. Because of the special design of the stock JK Dana 30 carrier, new thrust washers are also required. This kit includes the new carrier and thrust washers. You will reuse your stock spider gears.
