Shipping Information

At we try to charge as close to the actual shipping amount as possible.  The rates added in our shopping cart are estimated rates, but usually a close representation of actual shipping charges.  If you feel that our shopping cart is not adding the correct amount for shipping you may e-mail us for an exact shipping quote, then place your order over the phone.  Keep in mind that getting an exact shipping quote will require extra time compared to placing the order online using the shopping cart. 

Since we carry thousands of products that are often available in a wide range of colors with different options, chances are good that we do not have have what you want here right now.  That doesn't mean that your order won't go out tomorrow.  Most of our distributors are willing to drop ship your order directly to you from the manufacturer.  That's right, even if we are out of what you want, chances are good that it will still get shipped to you within 24-48 hours!  We never charge extra for having an item drop shipped to a customer.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible.  Sometimes items are on backorder from the manufacturers and it will take over a week to get the product shipped out.  If we are aware of the backorder we will contact you and try to offer some alternatives in case you are on a tight time table.

We do not offer shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states on most parts. We do not offer shipping outside of North America for any parts. Free shipping and other offers are not valid outside the lower 48 states and cannot be shipped to address UPS cannot deliver to unless stated otherwise.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. origin.  If you need to cancel part of the order we will gladly assist you before it is labeled for shipping.  Once an item ships, we cannot cancel that item from the order and it must be returned in accordance with our return policy.


In the rare case that you have an item that needs to be returned please call or e-mail us before sending it back.  There is a good chance that we can take care of the problem without you having to send anything back to us.  Unexpected packages will be refused and the package will come back to you.

If there is a problem with your order notify us immediately.  DO NOT install the parts if they are the wrong ones, we do not allow installed parts to be returned.

Body parts may not be returned. All body parts are sold "as-is".

There are no returns after 15days.  Exceptions can be made in special circumstances.

There will be a restocking fee equal to the greater of 20% of the purchase price of the product or $10 on any returned items that are not defective, unless other arrangments have been made. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid. Returns for parts that received free shipping will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

Remember it is VERY rare for us to have a customer want to return a product, if you feel that you need to return an item you have purchased from us, please give us a call so that we can try to help without costing you any more time or money.
