• Full Component Replacement: Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all fully replaced.
• Hydro Blasting & Rinsing: All housings are cleaned using our state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, returning them to the OEM finish. You’ll understand the quality once you see it.
• Gear Pattern Inspection: Gear patterns are checked during the remanufacturing process to ensure optimal tooth contact, improving the longevity of the gear set.
• Precision Setup: Correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precision and long-lasting performance.
• Backlash Clearance: The proper backlash clearance is set to ensure correct gear lubrication and reduce noise.
